ここ２～３年、
年一とはいえブドウエビが入荷しています。
The last couple of years,
grape shrimp have been coming in,
albeit only once a year!

これは、お客さんにとっても
寿司屋にとってもとても
うれしい入荷ですね。
This is a very nice arrival for both the
customer and the sushi restaurant!

資源は、
回復傾向にあるんでしょうか（嬉）
Are resources on the mend?

一昔前は、冷凍ものでも
なかなか手に入らない時代も
ありましたが、

were hard to find!

年に一回でも手に入るのであれば
こんなうれしいことはありませんね。

仕入れ値は幻級じゃないと
うれしいところですが・・・
